You have full control over ArrowPay access. Generate invitation codes, approve or reject registrations, and update your security credentials anytime.
Invitation Codes
Generate unique 6-digit codes to invite subscribers. Each code can only be used once. Share via email or message — codes are not auto-sent.
Subscriber Accounts
Approve pending registrations, manage access, or remove accounts. Only approved users can sign in to ArrowPay.
Email Invitations
Configure EmailJS to automatically send invitation codes to new users the moment you generate them. Free tier supports 200 emails/month — sufficient for most deployments.
Click Email Services → Add New Service → choose Gmail (or any provider) → Connect your email
Click Email Templates → Create New Template
Set the template content using these exact variable names: Subject: Your invitation to {{tool_name}}
Hi {{to_name}},
You have been invited to access {{tool_name}}.
Your invitation code is:
{{invitation_code}}
To register: 1. Go to {{registration_url}} 2. Click "Request Account" 3. Enter this code + your details 4. Wait for admin approval

In EmailJS → Account → API Keys — copy your Public Key
Copy your Service ID (from Email Services tab) and Template ID (from Email Templates tab)
Paste all three below and click Save Email Config
Tool URL
Enter the URL of the original tool once. It is saved permanently in this browser — you will never need to enter it again unless you change browsers or clear browser data.

Change Admin Password
Update the password used to access this admin portal. Required for first-time security setup before going live. Choose a strong password — minimum 8 characters with mixed case, numbers, and symbols.
